I printed out two copies of the file and stuck one on to card stock. I cut out the wings and the flower centres from the other copy.
I stuck the wings on by applying glue just to the wings at the body end so the wings could be lifted as in flight.
I decouaged the flower centres and added a "Happy Birthday" message.
