Blue Polka Dot 3D Cupcake CardCompleted by Wendy Rudd

I printed the sheet on good quality white card stock and cut out all the elements. I scored the dashed lines and folded on the lines. I glued the flaps and added the cherry using foam pads. I then created sprinkles on the cupcake with stickles glitter glue.

A polka dot bow and a sentiment later and voila! all done! The insert can be personalised and fits perfectly into the cupcake pocket.
