Printed onto 190gsm white card. Scored & folded base flaps then secured to inner sole using DST. Added small piece of DST on wraparound section to secure. Fixed outer sole using strong DST. Attached decoupage using silicone glue then fixed strap on each with fancy brad.

Very simple to make & look so cute.
