I printed this onto 200gsm cardstock and then cut the design out by hand as it was very fiddly. I used craft glue to stick the tabs to the base of the shoe and also to stick the inside base.

I threaded ribbon through the lace-holes on the shoe making sure the tongue was inside and matched the holes. I then stuck the tab on the back to hide the join of the shoe. The instructions were really good.
