I printed onto matte photo card. I scored around the base flaps of the shoe then using quick tack glue I fastened them to one of the soles.

I then attached the outer sole to cover the flaps.

I had previoulsy punched holes in the shoe top & the inner section which I threaded with white laces. I attached the small greeting panel using a white brad.
