Skating Penguin Card Front with 3D BellCompleted by Angela MacWillson

I used a red A5 card blank, attached the design to the left side and a punched snowflake panel to the right hand side.

I used pinflare to stick all the layers to the card and then edged the bell pieces with a glue pen and spinkled with glamour dust, as well as the skates, white sections of the penguin and the ribbon and thread.
