Yesterday my friend caught these beautiful fish and came to my house to visit. He said that I could choose one for my tea. Naturaly I chose the biggest and I cooked it on the barbeque rapped in tin foil with a bit of lemon and some herbs.

It was beautiful so fresh and tasty and best of all it was free. Here are two of my latest designs I hope you like them
