The weather has been so good this year and still is, so much so my roses are still flowering! Its going to be such a shame to have to prune them all next month as they seem to be going on forever.
They are all in full colour and I can understand why people say they are blooming, as they are blooming lovely! xxx My new kits are just so blooming pretty and ideal for so many occasions, including Birthdays, Anniversaries and Christmas
This week saw my birthday come and go again, but this year was the first year I had a birthday as a Wife!! and my Husband spoilt me rotten.
He took me for a treat to Hobbycraft which is not near us but we drove to the City and I was able to choose lots of goodies that I obviously could not live without!
He treated me to a gorgeous Chinese meal in the evening and 3 bunches of beautiful flowers..
I am very lucky and grateful to my wonderful Husband that puts up with my crafting and constant chatter about CUP. xxx My new fancy gatefold card kits are easy to make and ideal for crafters that want something with lots of cutting and unusual..
My Begonias are as big as saucers..they are massive this year and very late in developing.. I bet you didn't think I was greenfingered?? well I am abit.. and especially for Dahlias and Begonias..
I over wintered these corms from last year and they were very slow growing through the beautiful hot summer, but in the last 2 weeks they have come into their own and bloomed like no other, gorgeous bright colours and massive..
I am quite impressed with myself this year!!..xx My Diamond kits are not as big as my Begonias but equally as beautiful, give one a try..they even have a full step by step guide.
When is a Rose not a Rose... when its a Cabbage.. yes I said Cabbage.. Ornamental Cabbages look so pretty just like the real thing but smaller..!!
My Husband bought me a gorgeous bouquet of flowers last Friday because he saw this gorgeous flower/vegetable! in it and thought I would like it, well I love it, so unusual and very pretty.. who would have thought I would be putting a Cabbage in a flower vase...x I love all florals and vinatge, and these designs have a good mix of both vintage and florals plus look stunning made up.
You just know when Christmas is coming when the conkers are on the trees. It is my favourite time of the year, the run up to Christmas, the planning and preparation and then finally the event.
So seeing the conkers on the trees this week makes me think its all ahead of me now and I am excited already!! so get Christmas crafting, its never too early x Keep Christmas crafting or keep crafting at Christmas, ideal kits for both. x
