Information for customers using Cricut Design Studio.

Some customers may be experiencing difficulties with SVG files in DS. Files may open incorrectly and look jumbled. This is NOT a problem with the file, Cricut have acknowledged a fault with their software and are currently working on a solution. Unfortunately I can not offer any refunds as the file is not at fault. Please contact the Cricut Support to report any problems you are having. Hopefully this matter will be resolved soon.
