Why won't my craft robo gsd files open?

Hi Joyce - this is a common problem and is normally related to the settings on your printer.
You need to look for the setting 'print to fit' this and it should resolve your problem.
How can I open & print the images if I have no software installed on my pc?
You can either open the images in Internet Explorer (file, open, browse, select jpg from dropdown then find your file) or you can install a paint program to view & print the images.

Do you get instructions in kits? I am planning to order quite a bit as soon as I get this answer from you. Thanks for a great site.
It depends on the designer? Some designers give more away than others.
However if you buy a waterfall kit and there is no instructions we do have a free 'how to make' Waterfall sheets video on the craftsuprint website, so you could always watch this to get ideas on how it can be put together.
My advice is if instructions are really important to you - note the name of the kit check to see if there is a free video to watch with a similar theme and then you can buy that kit safe in the knowledge that if the instructions are limited you can always watch the video to see how it is put together.
I am new to your website but interested in downloading pages. I thought I'd have a go downloading the freebie of cupcakes. For some reason it will not print the whole page, only part of it, as shown on the print preview. Am I doing something wrong or is there something wrong with the printer setup?
You need to change your print setting to fit to page this should cure the problem.

I cannot access your website - is there something wrong with it.
First check that you have internet access by visiting another site other than craftsuprint. If you have internet access then it would appear that your internet security is blocking access to craftsuprint.
You need to add www.craftsuprint.com to your list of safe sites and this should cure this problem.
Do you do a catalogue?
No sorry we do not supply a catalogue - we have so many new sheets it would be impossible to keep up to date.
I placed an order 2 days and I still have not received my download e-mail
First check your 'spam' or 'junk mail' folders to see if it has dropped in there. Next check to see if any money has been taken from your account - this will prove if the transaction actually took place. If yes call us and we will make further enquires.
BT customers please read the following this could apply to you. It is from a BT customer who found out BT were not delivering her e-mail to the correct mail box.
The BT lady asked for remote control to look at my computer screen to assess the problem first. Then she said she was going to open my BT/yahool mail box which I normally don't use. I have always used the outlook express to read my mail. It has recently changed to Windows Live Mail but I didn't do anything to change it to that - at least I don't think so. What she had me do was sign in to my BT account and then go to my mail that way. Can you believe that unless you go and read your mail there it doesn't matter how many times you delete email in outlook express the emails still stay in the BT/yahoo account and I had over 8,000 of them from the last three years. Anyway I got through to my BT/yahoo mail box and the emails from you were there. I think it's possible that other BT users who are having difficulty are using Outlook Express or other mail servers and if they use the BT/yahoo mail box they will find the emails from yourself there. Can't promise mind you, but that solved my problem. I initially rang BT on 100 and asked to be put through to the number for BT internet problems. I've only rung them twice but they have been very helpful both times and don't get flustered if you're not a computer genius which I am far from being.
I cannot open my 'free download' - All I get is 'function disabled'
As per the instructions click on the image and then 'right click' on the larger image.
If you just right click on the image without clicking on it first you will get a function disabled message.

Hi, I am new to your web site, but have found it to be really interesting, going through, i have come accross a few things i am interested in, but i have a question, about the sizes, my printer, only goes up to a a4 size, would this be bigger enough for the open book, and boxes, or would i need bigger, the problem i have downloading stuff, some things the a4 size is not bigger enough, i hope you can help me thanks sue
All the sheets on the website are designed with A4 printers in mind.
So you will have no problems using your A4 printer.
Although you may have to change the settings to either fit to page or A4 to make sure that they print correctly.
How much do the downloads cost?
40p for backgrounds, 80p all other sheets, £2.00 for kits
