I took one of the backgrounds from this kit, together with the layering flower tempate, into one of my graphics programs. I resized the background to fit at just under A5 size on one side of my A4 page on screen. On the other half of my working area I put a background of yellow, to go with the yellow centre of the flowers on my chosen background, and put the template over this. I saved the resulting page and took it into my Silhouette Studio software where I set up cutting lines to cut around the background panel and each of the flowers. I printed out from within the software and then set the design to cut out on my Cameo. as I like the colour purple with green and yellow I cut a layer of cup182423_379 out of background cup256730_1435, also on my cameo. As the background is green with yellow centres I decided to twist this around and give green centres, with a variety of different sized sticky back gems, to each flower layer, and to use the layers as individual flowers, rather than building them up into very dimentional flowers, though I did give each petal some shaping with my bone folder before sticking to the front of my card with glue gel. The base card itself is a Satin Board card which I'd scored, folded, and rounded the corners with a punch.
This is the sort of template that allows experimentation, both in the colours of flowers cut out and in terms of how many layers and whether shaped or distressed, etc., after cutting.
