I used this poser to create my topper sheet (available to purchase cup259199_1245). To make up the card I cut out the backing sheet add attached to an A5 white card blank. I then matted the topper onto silver mirror board and fixed this to the front of the card.
The sentiment was made from cup243836_198 Faux Silver Engraved Plaque using a CraftRobo.
