I used one of these lovely ladies in my design cup530577_819 New Job Office Girl, and made this card. I stuck the card front to a 6x6 card with dst then attached the layers and sentiment with sticky tabs.
I finished the card by sticking the matching insert (cup530579_819) in with dst.
This card design is for sale, please see cup532899_994. Every guy likes a girl in uniform and here she is, emerging from a large gift box, combined with a modern, clean background and SURPRISE text.
My cup sheet also has decoupage layers to bring the surprise to life.
