In my graphics programme I opened the cream coloured horseshoe and embellished it with lily bouquets and cream satin ribbon bows.
I added a gold chain with a heart on top. The heart has the words: Good Luck.
I copied the merged image and pasted it onto a cream colored background and thin borders.
