Designer Resource Hats

I layered my design on my computer. I added the frame. In the frame I added a woman with a this lovely hat and a bag. I layered my design on a scallop card

Here's a hat card made by adding some watercolour flowers to one of these hats, adding flower and hat decoupage layers and presenting on a toning stand.
