I have used a cute bear from cup197714_500 (Fuzzy Brown Bears 1) as the main feature on this card and the bear has three levels of decoupage built with 2mm foam pads.
He is sitting on a lovely panel from this set, placed on my own co-ordinating background. The sentiment plate, also raised on 2mm foam pads, is from cup188052_425 (Beige Satin Sentiment Labels) and the complete design is mounted on a cream A5 card.
