I took one of the frames from this pack into one of my graphics packages and put the card shape template cup298254_99 over the top. I then took letters from Alphas set cup368521_1294 and spelt out the words "Penblwydd Hapus", which is Welsh for "Happy Birthday".
A simple card with the flourishes giving it a nice touch.
