I used flourishes from cup196979_543 (Gold and Silver Flourish) to embellish a background, then added a plate from cup197097_831 (Decorative Plate Set in Six Pastel Colours) and a flower from this lovely set.
The centre has three levels of decoupage built with 2mm foam pads. My greeting is from cup182632_543 (Ribbons to suit Blooming Baskets). The whole design is mounted on a pastel green card base.
