I have used cup189236_168 template with a background from cup181491_543 (12 Diamond Dust Backgrounds) to make this card base, then added a frame from cup187954_671 (Metallic Ornate frames), followed by one of these fab pendants with four layers of pyramid built on 2mm foam pads.
