I printed this sheet onto good quality cardstock then folded the wobble base and decoupaged it and added the greeting to the top.

I used glossy photo paper, cut out the main card and embellishments. Then added the embellishments to the card using doublesided sticky pads. Also added some coloured rhinestones to add a bit of bling.
