I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I cut out the base and folded it as a rocker as instructed. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the panel to the rocker using double sided tape.
I added glitter to the centre of the flower to enhance this lovely design.
