This is a really pretty wobble card, with a gorgeous vintage image of stunning Magnolia. The card base has a lovely scallop edge, just score and fold along the line indicated. then build up your decoupage.

I printed the sheet onto 255gsm white linen card stock, cut it out and assembled the scalloped topper to the folded scallop base.
I then sprayed the decoupage layers with irredescent glitter and left to dry. I then shaped and layered up the layers with 3D glue gel.
I added a sentiment with pearl gems on it and a bow to finish it off.
