This is a really pretty wobble card, with gorgeous Roses adorning the 'over the edge' topper. The card base has a lovely scallop edge, just score and fold along the line indicated, then build up your decoupage.

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to white card cut to shape. with DST.
I attached centre panel to card with DST, and added decoupage with foam pads and finished with crystal stickled to highlight roses and butterflies.
A beautiful design.
