Christmas Penguin in Scarf Rocker Card

I printed the sheet off onto 200gsm CUP photo paper, I cut out all the elements and scored & folded the card base, I sut away the white backing on the image and replaced it with a silver grid pattern glitter card, I matted the image onto the card and cut round it to give a matching border.

I added a turquoise feather and used DST to mount it to the rocker base.

I decoupaged all the layers with 3D glue gel and used Frosted Lace Stickles on the hat, Tropical Tangerine Stickles on the beak & feet and Red & Star Dust Stickles on the scarf & surround.

A very cute little card, and fun to make

Such a cute card,printed out on smooth card.cut and folded layered up the decoupage , i added some glitter and a greeting on the tag to finish.
