I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded the rocker as instructed. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added the panel to the rocker using double sided tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I added some glitter to the centre of the flowers to enhance this lovely card.
