The One That Got Away Happy Birthday Fish Rule

i started off by mounting both parts of the image onto the centre of 2 A5 sheets of dark green card.

I cut out the aparture part on the top layer and scored down the centre of the left over green edge on both sides to create 2 folds.

I then added double sided tape to the last of the 2 folds and positioned it over the lower sheet of card witht he water image.

I added a Granddad banner across the top of the frame

I printed off the download onto 250 gsm high resolution paper/card and cut out all the elements, used DST to attach the background of water, then applied foam pads to the underside of the top layer, after cutting carefully around the zig-zgged edge, some of the tight places I used a craft knife to be more accurate as scissors were not ablr to do job properly in those smaller areas.

I then attached the whole thing onto green cardstock, an excellent card for a fisherman - hubbie was quite chuffed with it!
