Beautiful Shimmer Wedding or Anniversary Topper

I printed this out onto glossy photo paper, and cut out all the decoupage pieces. I used sticky foam pads to make up the decoupage.

Using a 8x81n card base, I covered this using a brown flowery paper, I then punched a lace effect onto both sides of a piece if cream pearlescent paper and mounted the topper in the middle.

I added brown pearls to complete. This is stunning card, which is really easy to make.

I added text then printed onto decoupage paper. Placed the main image with tape and used foam pads for the layers. I added pearls to finish
