I printed the sheet out onto good quality photo paper. I matted the base image onto gold mirror card, added a pink feather and used foam tape to mount the image to the 8x8 card i'd covered in a CUP backing paper.
I decouapged the layers with 3D glue gel.
I used Star Dust & Diamond Stickles to add some sparkle to the while thing.

Printed onto glossy photo card then mounted onto a card blank before trimming the front edge to shape. I assembled the decoupage using 2mm foam pads. Finished with holographic peel offs corners on the front edge.
