Just Enchanting Topper

I printed the design on CUP´s Premium Gloss 200 gsm Craft Photo Paper. I clipped Everything out. I made a base card in White and glued the main design on to it. I made 2 Lilac borders that Went perfect with the Lilac in the design.

I glued the borders on to the base card. I attached the Decoupage/ 3D and Sentiment on with Sticky pads. A Quick and easy gorgeouse design! You did it again Julie!! I recomend this design to all of you! Enjoy your crafting!

I printed out sheeet onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to large scalloped edge white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with lilac organza ribbon and bow down spine, lilac gems to corners and blue gems to flower centres.
