Beautiful Blue Dress with Peach and Pink Roses

I printet the sheet on photopaper. Cut out the parts and layered with foam pads. I made a very speciel frame for this wonderful design. I finished my card with glossy rhinestones.

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a C5 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I shaped the skirt of the dress with my fingers then added foam tape to the outside edges only. This makes the skirt look full. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
