Pink Heart and Swan Love Topper with Decoupage

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I made some small snips into the wings of the swans to give a feathery appearance.
