I printed the design on good quality photo paper and attached the base to a card stock similar to the rose in the design, I then glued this onto my white card.
I decoupaged the elements with silicone glue..I added glossy accents to the gems to make them stand out and a pink pearl gem to the feature of the design.
I finished off with a sentiment to the top corner. This is a beautiful design.
