I PRINTED THIS TOPPER ONTO 110 WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT IT ALL OUT AND USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE I CUT A BLANK WHITE CARD TO THE SAME SIZE.
I USED SOME SCRAPBOOK PAPER WITH YELLOW ROSES FOR THE BACKGROUND. I MATTED THE TOPPER WITH GOLD METALLIC PAPER.
THEN I USED A PUNCH ON BLACK PAPER AND PUT ONE ON EACH SIDE OF THE CARD.

Printed on 135 gsm paper, I cut out all of the elements and decoupaged using foam pads, I then mounted the image onto the card using dst.
This is a lovely design.
