I printed on to paper. Mounted the topper on to a white card and layered, but did not attempt to cut out the anchor and wheel.
Added a raffia bow and a silver border. A beautiful design, which will suit a variety of occasions.

I printed this sheet off onto glossy photographic paper and cut out all the elements. The anchor and wheel I cut with my finger knife, a bit of a challenge but well worth it.
I mounted the base card onto a matching shaded card and built up the layers with pinflair glue. I added silver corners, peel offs and a sentiment.
