This sheet includes a topper and an extra layer of the image which you will need to attach on top of the ready image with thin sticky foam pads for a lovely 3D effect. 1 blank tag is also included where you can write a greeting suitable for the occasion.

I placed the base layer of this design onto silver pearlised card stock leaving a border all round. I then decoupaged the remaining elements on top. To complete the card I added a birthday greeting to the tag.
