I printed this card top onto gloss photo paper. I used foam tape to mount the extra frame on top of the main picture. I used DST. to mount the card top onto embossed card stock, that I folded to make the card.
This is an easy, and quick card top to do.

Printed main design onto 130gsm matte inkjet paper and mounted base picture onto pearl card stock. Attached 3D elements with foam pads and used a border sticker around the edge. Added greeting, some faux gems and a touch of glitter.
