I joined to pieces of white A4 hammered card together and then cut them so that they were slightly larger than the topper.
The topper has been attached with double sided tape and edged with silver peel off.
Glitter has been used to highlight the shawl and a gem has been used for the broach. I finished the card with fake snow.
