I printed and cut out the sheet and cut it out, I then added the base onto the card with DST and the other elements I added with foam pads.
To finish off I added a little glitter and some pearls a stunning card

Printed onto decoupage paper and cut out. Placed the main image onto my card with tape and then added the layers using foam pads. I added some sparkly gems. Lovely design.
