Fabulous Vintage Yellow Polka Dot Dress
This lovely topper features a fabulous vintage style yellow polka dot flared dress, with gorgeous soft yellow roses. It has a single layer of decoupage to add depth and seven greetings to choose from. The greetings are for you, daughter, sister, mum, my friend, with love and happy birthday.

The sheet was printed on to photo paper. The main image was cut out using a fancy blade, then attached to pearl card. The layers were added using foam pads. Fine glitter was added to the best to finish.
I printet the image on a good quality of photopaper. Cut out the parts and layered on a yellow card where I have punched the corners with a Martha Stewart punch.
I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I used liquid cooper pearls to accent scrolls. I used glitter to accent flowers and i added a yellow pearl to the belt
