I printed the sheet on lightweight matt card and cut out the topper and decoupage. I matt and layered the topper with gold pearlescent paper on to an 8" card using DST. I added decoupage with foam pads. Quick and easy!

Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto green and gold print embossed paper, which I the matted onto white card.
I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a green insert.
