Beautiful Boots - Vintage Polka Dots A5
This lovely topper features a beautiful pair of vintage boots, with blue roses. It has decoupage, four greetings and a blank greetings tile.

Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a pink C5 card, then added a silver border all round the outside edges, to finish I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads
