Added text direct to the design then printed out onto photopaper, cut out the decoupage and fixed with silicone glue gel to get the shape of the shoe and flowers.
Matted the main image onto a piece of black card to create a border before fixing to the main white card with dst, finished off by adding the ladybird.
Great card design and one I'm sure will be used many times.
