Vintage Halloween 4 of A6 Card Fronts
This Topper Sheet has been created with many uses in mind. Once the images have been cut out, preferably with a paper trimmer, as you get a cleaner cut than with scissors.
They can be placed on top of mirror board or put straight on to a backing sheet using the mat and layering process to create greetings cards.

This card is one from the series of 4 that I have made from the set offered for purchase by Tom Curtis.
I have used orange green and black as the colour combination to complete the effect.
I defined the edges of the main image and outlined the shape of the hat brim with the green pen.
I used tiny peel off shapes that I have coloured with green to attach onto the hat, the eyes of the cat and the mouth of the cat.
These have a glitter finish and so highlight the features.
I used a black backing sheet cut at 14 x 11.5 cm and attached an orange backing sheet cut at 12.5 x 8.75 to attach to the left hand side of the black backing sheet allowing a left hand margin of 0.5mm.
The next backing sheet is Black cut at 11.75 x 8.25cm and then the main image is attached using D.S. tape.
Each layer is attached using D.S. tape.
Before attaching this topper to the green card front, I wrapped an orange ribbon vertically to the right hand side securing it at the back of the largest of the black backing sheets.
I printed the sentiment and backed it before attaching it, I tied 2 lengths of the orange ribbon together with a narrow black ribbon, making a bow and attached this using red power tape.
This has made a cute card without the total scary feel to the image. Pamela Horton.
