I have designed these scalloped base and frames to match the scalloped 3D kits that I have available. You can use them either with the cards in the kit as a base or use them on your own cardstock.
Ideal for a effective card topper and very easy to make.
Simply cut out the base layer and then using 3D glue or foam place the frame layer on top, or alternatively make it into a shaker card front.

The base card frame was printed on glossy photo paper and then mounted onto a white square card. Gold ribbon and a bow trims the bottom of the card and corner peel offs with lilies compliment the lily centre.
It's such a nice card that I have also bought the kit with more sheets!
