I printed this image onto semi-matt photo paper, then made up a card blank using the Spellbinders Grand Decorative Labels One in white then I cut out the next size down in silver and adhered to the card blank.

I backed the topper onto card and mounted using foam pads.

I cut out and decoupaged the rose and to finish I added some die-cut leaves, gems, the butterflies and glitter touches.

Lovely Mother's Day card.
