I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 purple card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
I attached a piece of ribbon to the tag and then attached this to the card. I added glitter to the gems around the magnolias to finish off this beautiful card.
