The Best of Friends
I have designed this topper as a 7inch scalloped topper that has a little decoupage on it as well, using silicone glue or 3D foam add the extra layers to the base image and then add your own bow and embellishments to make it your own.
If you do not have any 7in card bases, why not team this up with some layers of backing paper on your 8inch square bases.
I have left enough space above the message for you to add your own bow.

Printed on to good quality glossy photo paper. Attached main piece to a white card base and cut out following the contours of the piece. Cut out other pieces and attached using foam pads.
