Scallop Arch Topper - Count Your Blessings

Printed on matte photo paper. I mounted a piece of stash striped paper onto a quality linen white card with DST, then framed it with lace using narrow, super sticky, DST under the straight edge of the lace.

I cut out the base image and elevated it with foam pads, then cut out the decoupage, shaped the flowers a bit, and mounted them and the sentiment with silicone.

Some rhinestones in the corners and a pale pink bow completed this very feminine card.
