Printed out onto white card and attached to main card with d/s tape. Placed topper and sentiments onto floral backing with foam pads to finish.

Printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out, I mounted the topper onto the backing paper which is included using 2mm foam pads and attached this to a scalloped edge card with DST, I finished off by adding my chosen sentiment tag and used glittery border peel offs around the edges of the topper and the backing paper.
This is a lovely design suitable for various occasions.
