I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded an 8 x 8 square card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I added a blob of silicone glue under one wing of the large butterflies to give more definition. I added the small butterflies to each rose using silicone glue. I added the greeting using thin foam tape. I added glitter to the fan and tassel to enhance this gorgeous design.
